Frequently asked questions

Is there a page limit?

No. The $10/month plan has no monthly page limits and no per-page fees for normal business use.

What file types can I fax?

PDF works best. JPG, PNG, TIFF and plain text files are also supported. Save Word documents as PDF first.

Can I keep my current fax number?

Yes. Choose "I already have a fax number" when you sign up and we move (port) it for you. Porting usually takes 1–3 weeks, and you can use a temporary number in the meantime.

Can I fax from my phone?

Yes. Take a photo or scan of the document, attach it to an email to your fax address and send it from the email app on your phone.

Do I need special software?

No. Everything works with the email account you already use.
