• Fax records: fax numbers, dates, page counts, and delivery status. We need these to run the Service and handle billing.
• Payments: PayPal handles all payments. We never see or store your card number. We keep your PayPal subscription ID so we can match payments to your account.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver your faxes, set up and support your account, bill you, and send you service messages. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the providers needed to run the Service, such as our telephone and fax carrier, our web host, and PayPal. We also share it if the law requires us to.

Your fax documents

Documents pass through our carrier's systems so they can be delivered. Received faxes are sent to your email. Copies held by our carrier are kept only as long as needed to provide the Service.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your account information at any time through our contact page. Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example, billing records).
